Studio
It all began in Cullercoats, on the northeast of England, where I transformed my flat into a makeshift studio. For two years, that small space became a sanctuary for creativity, marking the true beginning of my painting journey.
Later, I moved to the Outer Hebrides, where the old library at Lochmaddy School on North Uist became my next studio, offering a quiet space for my creativity.
The Claddach Kirkibost Centre became my new studio, a space beyond what I could have imagined. Flooded with natural light and surrounded by sweeping sea views from every window.
Coming full circle, I've brought my studio back home to Berneray. Living and working in a space that nurtures creativity brings a deep sense of peace. This was the missing piece for my home to truly feel like home.
